Our office is down in Colaba, at the SP Centre on Minoo Desai Marg. It’s one of those older parts of Mumbai where the streets have a lot of history. Being at 41/44 puts us right in the thick of things. We work on realty projects, mostly focusing on what's happening here in the city. It’s a bit different than the suburbs; the pace feels more established. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years. We aren't much for fancy presentations or long meetings that go nowhere. We just look at the buildings, the plots, and the paperwork. The humidity near the coast can be something else, but we’re used to it. Most mornings start with a quick check on ongoing projects before the phones start ringing. Working in Colaba means we get a lot of different people coming through the door. We don't have a big corporate feel, just a regular office where we drink too much tea and try to stay on top of the local market. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and it’s become home for the business. There’s always something happening on the street outside, which keeps things interesting while we focus on the real estate tasks at hand. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our part here.
