We operate out of room B-203 in the Godrej Coliseum, which is on Somaiya Hospital Road. It’s a well-known building in the 400022 area of Mumbai. We’ve been set up here for a while, focusing on real estate and estate management. The building is usually quite busy with different businesses, so there’s always people moving around the corridors. Our office isn't massive, but it's enough for our small team to get the work done. We spend most of our time dealing with property listings and talking to clients on the phone. There's no big corporate vibe here; we just come in, do our jobs, and go home. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but with so many properties to track, the desks can get a bit cluttered. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we’ve seen the market go up and down. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just explain how things are and let people make their own choices. The view from our floor is mostly other buildings and the road below, which is a constant reminder of how much the city is growing. We like being part of that growth, even in a small way. If you’re coming by, the security at the gate can point you toward the B wing. We’re usually here until late evening, just getting through the day’s tasks like everyone else in the building.
