We operate out of number 6 in the B T M Layout area of Kandivali West. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for people visiting. Sawant Estate Consultants has been around this neighborhood for a good stretch of time. Most days are spent on the phone or walking around to check on different sites. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm; we’re just local folks who know the Kandivali West area. There’s always someone coming in asking about rent or if any shops are opening up nearby. We keep our files organized as best as we can, but it’s a lot of paper. The office is simple. We have a few chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. When you’ve been at B T M Layout as long as we have, you get to know the neighbors and which buildings have the best sunlight. It's practical work. No flashy ads or big promises, just helping people find a place to stay or set up shop. Sometimes the internet goes slow, so we just stick to the landline. We've seen the area change quite a bit from our window here. The heat in the afternoon makes the office a bit stuffy, but we keep the fan going. It's just a regular business. We aren't into anything fancy. We just show up every morning and do our best to help whoever walks in.
