Satnam Golden Fast Food Centre

Satnam Golden Fast Food Centre is located right at Shop No 1 & 2 in Sai Sumit CHS on the New Link Road in Kandivali West. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Most days it is just a lot of chopping vegetables and making sure the oil is hot enough for the afternoon rush. We have a couple of tables but a lot of people just prefer to stand or take their food to go. Being on the Link Road means there is always noise from the cars and the construction nearby. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The staff is mostly local guys who live nearby, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we run out of things if the delivery truck is late, which is frustrating, but we make do with what we have on hand. People come here when they are tired after work or just want a quick bite before heading home. It is not a fancy place with waiters and menus. You just look at what we have and tell us what you want. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's hard when it's raining outside and everyone brings in mud from the street. We just keep going, serving one person after another until we close up late at night. It is a basic setup but it works for us and the people who live around here.
