Satish Mehta Property

Our little office for Satish Mehta Property is over in New Panvel. We are based in the Nilgiri Apartment, specifically at number 4. It’s right across from the masjid, so it’s a landmark that most people in the area recognize easily. New Panvel has been growing so fast lately, and we’ve seen a lot of changes from our windows over the years. We mostly deal with the apartments and plots right around this neighborhood. The office itself is pretty basic—just a few chairs and a desk where we handle the documents and speak to clients. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town; we just want to help our neighbors find what they need without a lot of fuss. A lot of our day is spent answering the phone or walking over to different buildings to check on vacancies or talk to security guards. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking titles and making sure the electricity bills are cleared, but it has to be done for things to go smoothly. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know which buildings are well-maintained and which ones might have issues with the lift or the water supply. People often stop by just to chat about the local property prices or to see if anything new has come up recently. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just tell people what we know and show the places.
