Satguru'S is situated right on Linking Road in Khar West, at number 353. If you’ve ever walked down this road, you know how busy it is with shoppers and cars at all hours. Our building, Satguru House, is where we spend all our time. It’s a lively spot. We aren’t some massive chain with a thousand locations; we’re just here in Khar. The shop gets a lot of foot traffic, and we see all kinds of people every day. Inside, it’s a mix of different things we’ve collected and put up for sale. We don't really follow a strict corporate manual. We just arrange things in a way that looks okay to us. Sometimes we move the furniture around just to change the feel of the place. It can get pretty loud outside with the honking, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more relaxed. We have staff who have been with us for years, so we’re more like a family than a company. We don't do big fancy launches or marketing events. We just open the doors and see who comes in. There’s always something to fix or clean, and the monsoons usually bring some extra work with the dampness, but we manage. We’ve been part of the Linking Road scene for a long time now, watching shops come and go while we just keep doing our thing. It keeps us on our toes, and there's never a dull moment in this neighborhood. We just take each day as it comes.
