If you’re in Panvel, you might have seen us near the Ideal Colony Ground. We are right opposite Cineraj Cinema. It’s a good landmark because everyone goes there for movies. I’ve been running this agency for a while now. The office isn't very large, just enough space for a couple of desks and some cupboards full of old files. We focus mostly on the Panvel area because that’s what we know best. I grew up around here, so I remember when many of these buildings were just empty lots. Now it’s all grown up. We spend our days answering the phone and taking people to see flats. Some days are very busy, especially on weekends when families have time to look. Other days it’s just us sitting here, checking the newspapers and talking to the local builders. We don’t do much advertising. Most people find us because a neighbor told them to come here. I like the view of the ground across the street; it’s nice to see some open space in the middle of all the shops. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to make sure the person moving in is happy and the person moving out gets a fair deal. It’s simple. If the fan is working and the tea is hot, it’s a good day for business. We keep things plain and clear for everyone who walks in.
