Sarvesh Housing Agency

Sarvesh Housing Agency is based out of Kandivali West. We’re located in the B H S Cooperative Society, specifically in Sector 3 of Charkop, inside Kesar Residency. It’s a nice enough spot, number 3 to be exact. Being part of a cooperative society means we are right in the middle of a residential community, which is exactly where we want to be. Charkop is a busy area with a lot of families, and we’ve become a familiar face around here. Our office is small and tucked away, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time talking to the residents and keeping an eye on what’s happening in the society. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we go through our daily tasks. People drop by with questions about their housing or just to see what’s new. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks; we just rely on being here every day and knowing the area like the back of our hands. The residency is well-kept, and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s a practical place to run an agency. We have our desks, our records, and a comfortable place for people to sit. Most of our work comes from word of mouth within Kandivali West. We’re just happy to be a small part of the Charkop community and handle things in a straightforward, no-nonsense way.
