Our place is over in Andheri East, specifically in the SEZ area at Unit 81-D, Sdf-3. Being inside Seepz means there’s a lot of security and rules, but it’s where we’ve set up our equipment work. Sarto Electro Equipments isn't a huge operation, but we have enough space to handle the assembly and testing we do. The building is one of those standard industrial blocks, so it looks like every other unit from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly workbenches and testing tools. We spend a lot of time looking at circuits and making sure the components are sitting right. It’s quiet work compared to a machine shop, but it requires a lot of sitting still. Most of the staff has been here for a few years, so we all know the routine. The commute in Andheri can be a nightmare with the metro construction and the rain, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really have a showroom or anything for people to visit. It’s more of a functional space where we get the orders filled and ready for shipping. We focus on the technical side of things and don't spend much time on fancy offices. It’s just about getting the units built correctly and making sure they pass the checks before they leave the gate. We keep the coffee pot going and just work through our daily tasks one by one.
