Sarfaraz Ahmed

This is Sarfaraz Ahmed. My place is located at F/8 on Wind Tunnel Road in Bandra East. Bandra is a fast place, but this pocket where I am stays a bit different. I spend most of my day right here at the desk. Wind Tunnel Road has its own rhythm. You get the commuters and the locals all mixed up together. F/8 is where I do all my business. It is not a very big space, but it is enough for what I need. I started out here a long time ago. Back then, things were much quieter around Bandra East. Now, there is always a car honking or someone shouting outside. I don't mind it. It makes me feel like I am in the middle of everything. I keep things basic. No fancy decorations or anything that isn't needed. I just show up every morning and stay until the work is finished. People around here know me by name. They know where the office is. Sometimes people stop by just to say hello while they are passing through to the main road. I think it is important to stay in one spot so people can find you easily. The building is old but it is sturdy. It has seen many summers and monsoons. I don't plan on going anywhere else. Bandra East is home for me and my work. It is just a normal life here on Wind Tunnel Road.
