Sapna Estate Consultancy

Sapna Estate Consultancy is located at Plot No 40 in the Brahma Tower. We are in Kandivali West, right near the Jubilee Baug and the Jay Ganga stop. If you take the bus, you know exactly where that is. We have a shop there where we handle estate consultancy work. It’s a busy area with lots of people moving around. We spend our mornings checking listings and talking to folks who walk in from the street. The Brahma Tower is easy to spot. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. It’s just us in a small shop space. We’ve been around the Jubilee Baug area for a bit. People come to us when they need help with property papers or finding a place to stay. We don't use big words or try to sell you something you don't need. It is just honest work. The tea stall nearby is where we usually get our breaks. Sometimes it gets crowded in the shop, but we manage. Kandivali is a place where everyone is in a hurry. We try to keep up. We know the local buildings and the landlords around here.
