You can find Sanskar Property over in Kandivali West, specifically at 303 New Sharada Main Road. We’re on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in from the street. We’re right by Raghuleela Megha Hall, so it’s a landmark everyone knows. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a water cooler that hums a bit too loudly. There’s usually a bit of a breeze coming through the front door, which helps on those humid Mumbai afternoons. We don’t have a fancy waiting area; people just pull up a chair wherever there’s space. It gets busy on the weekends because of the mall nearby, so the street noise is constant. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors and the local delivery guys. Our walls are covered with some old photos and a few dusty awards we got years ago. We don’t really focus on appearances much. As long as the paperwork is in order and the tea is hot, we’re happy. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in with everything, from cleaning the windows to talking to clients. Kandivali is a fast-paced place, but inside our office, things feel a bit more grounded. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep things as honest as possible. It's not a lot, but it's enough for us.
