You can find us at Shop No 5 in the Rewa Apartments. We are right across from Oberoi Gardens in Dat Kandivali East, which is a busy spot. The shop is small and a bit crowded with files, but it does the job for us. We have been here for a good while, so we know most of the people who live in the apartments around here. Property work in Kandivali East is always interesting because there is always something being built or renovated nearby. We spend our mornings checking the latest listings and drinking tea. It is not a very formal place. People just walk in to ask about rents or if there are any shops for sale. We don't do all that fancy marketing stuff at Sanjay Estate Consultant. Most people come to us because their neighbor told them we were okay to deal with. The area has gotten a lot more crowded over the years, but we like it. It keeps us busy. We try to be honest about the properties we show. If a building has issues with the lift or the water, we will probably mention it. It is just easier to be upfront than to have someone complain later. We aren't some big consulting firm with a hundred offices, just a local shop trying to help people find a place to stay. That is about it, really. We are usually here from morning until late evening.
