Sana Real Estate is located at D-25 in Jogeshwari West. We have been working from this small office for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the whole neighborhood grow and change around us. It is a simple place with just a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps and property documents tucked away in the cabinets. Jogeshwari West is a really active area for people moving in and out, so there is always someone dropping by to ask about what is available. We don't have a large corporate team or any shiny marketing materials to show off. Most of our work is just talking to neighbors and keeping track of which buildings have space. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but we keep the fan going and there is usually a cool breeze if we leave the door open. We like the fact that people feel comfortable enough to just walk in and have a chat about the local property prices over a glass of water. It’s a very local way of doing things and we don't try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We know every lane and corner of this part of town because we live and work here every day. If you are looking for D-25, it’s not hard to spot our sign from the road.
