Samrat Associates

Bandra West is where you will find us, right at number 41397. We are located right opposite Almera Park, which gives us a nice view of the trees and people walking their dogs. Samrat Associates is where we handle our daily work, mostly dealing with property or consulting matters for the local community. Bandra is a lively place to be, and having a park nearby makes the work day feel a bit calmer. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders for all the paperwork we have to manage. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s a practical space where we can focus on what needs to be done. We see all kinds of people coming in with different questions or needs. Some days we are out of the office a lot, and other days we are stuck behind the desk all afternoon. It’s a small operation, so we do everything ourselves, from answering the phone to filing the documents. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and know the area quite well. It’s a good feeling to be in a place where people recognize you. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without any fuss or complicated talk. That’s how we operate every day.
