Sameer Praveen Parekh

Sameer Praveen Parekh operates out of Cumballa Hill. It’s a nicer, quieter part of town compared to the rest of the city. We are situated quite close to Villa Theresa School. You can hear the kids during their break times, which is a nice change from traffic noise. The area has a lot of trees and old buildings. It’s not a place with a lot of big signs or loud advertisements. We keep things low-key here. Sameer’s work involves a lot of meetings and private consultations. The office is more like a personal study than a corporate space. It’s comfortable and has a lot of wooden furniture. We don't have a lot of staff running around. It’s mostly just a quiet place to focus and get through the day's tasks. Most of the people who come here have been doing so for a long time. It’s about building those long-term connections. We don't do any aggressive promotion. If you know where we are, you just come by. The walk from the main road is pleasant because of the shade from the trees. It’s a very different vibe from the commercial hubs of Mumbai. We appreciate the slower pace of life here. It allows for more thought and less rushing around. Everything is handled personally, without much fuss or unnecessary layers. It is just how we like to operate in this specific corner of the city.
