Being in Andheri West for a long time has given us a good look at how the neighborhood works. Our office sits right near Infiniti Mall, a spot that most people know well. Dealing with property is what we do here, specifically flats and shops in the local area. Because this part of town is so busy, there is always something happening outside our door. Some days the phone rings constantly with people asking about rent or sales. It isn't a fancy setup. A couple of desks and some old files are mostly what you’ll see inside. Knowing the streets and the shortcuts behind the mall helps us a lot. Occasionally, someone wanders in just for directions, which we don't mind at all. Talking to landlords and potential tenants takes up most of our time. Andheri changes fast, with new stores opening every other week. We just stay in our corner and try to keep up. Traffic around the mall has definitely gotten worse since we started, but the location is still a good spot for us. Usually, we are around from morning until late evening, unless a client has us out on a site visit. It involves plenty of walking and chatting with neighbors. Staying based here lets us keep a close eye on the market. Nothing about it is very corporate; we just handle things as they come. It’s mostly about knowing the local vibe and keeping track of who is moving where.
