Sajan Culas is the name you’ll find at the Shivram Co-Op Hsg Soc in Mulund West. Specifically, we are in the Anurag building, unit A-21. Mulund is a nice part of Mumbai, a bit more relaxed than the southern parts of the city. Our society is one of those places where the watchman knows everyone by name and asks how your day was. It’s a bit of an older setup, so the rooms have those high ceilings that you don't see much anymore. We spend most of our day in A-21. It’s a quiet space, mostly because the society rules keep things pretty orderly. You won't find any sleek glass partitions here. We use wooden desks that have a few scratches on them from years of use. Sajan Culas started this here because it’s a convenient location for everyone involved. The 400080 area has plenty of shops nearby, so getting lunch is never a problem. We usually just bring tiffins from home and eat together. The atmosphere is very informal. If someone needs a break, they just walk down to the society gate for a bit of fresh air. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits. We wear what's comfortable and focus on what needs to be finished. Shivram society has been around for a long time, and we feel like a settled part of the neighborhood now.
