Running this place in Oshiwara for a while. We are over on Gadgil Road. It's busy here, especially being so close to Om Heera Panna. Sometimes the traffic gets loud but we're used to it. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of Andheri West. We mostly deal with people coming in looking for apartments or shops around this side of town. It’s a lot of walking around and showing places. Most days involve a lot of phone calls. I try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks for a place, I tell them what's actually available. The office isn't fancy, just a few chairs and a table. We've seen how much Oshiwara has changed over the years. New buildings keep coming up. It's hard to keep track sometimes but that’s the job. People drop in because they know the landmark. We spend a lot of time just talking to neighbors and other business owners around here. It's how we find out what's happening. No big flashy signs here, just us doing our thing every day. Coffee helps when the afternoons get slow. We stay open late most nights because that's when people get off work and want to see properties. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated. We know the streets around here pretty well by now.
