Sai Samrat Caterers

Sai Samrat Caterers is our little business located in Ghatkopar West. We are at 8/4 in Pratiksha Nagar, tucked away right behind Sona Hospital. It is a local spot and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We have been doing catering for quite some time now, mostly for small parties, birthdays, and the occasional wedding. It’s not a big corporate operation; it’s just us working out of our space here. The area behind the hospital is usually a bit busy, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. Our kitchen stays active most of the day with prep work and cooking. We handle everything from the starters to the main course. It is hard work being on your feet all day, especially when you are over a hot stove in the Mumbai humidity. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or anything, we just rely on people telling their friends about us. If someone needs food for twenty people or a hundred, we try to accommodate them. Sometimes we run into delays with the local traffic when we are heading out for a delivery, but that’s just life in Ghatkopar. We keep our menu simple and focus on the dishes we know how to make well. It’s a straightforward business, and we are just happy to be serving the local community here in Pratiksha Nagar. That is pretty much the whole story of our place.
