Sai Machine Tools

We are situated in the Pannalal Silk Mill Compound on the ground floor of the 8th Khetwadi Lane in Bhandup West. It is a bit of a maze back here, but once you find us at number 20, you will see we are always busy with some machine or another. The compound has a lot of activity, and we are just one small part of the daily grind. Our shop is full of machine tools, some new and some that have been with us for a long time. It is not the cleanest place in the world, because real work is messy and involves a lot of oil. We usually have iron filings on the floor and oil spots on our clothes by noon. We do not have a marketing department telling us what to say to people. We just talk to the customers who come in needing a tool fixed or a custom part made. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to move the heavy equipment in and out. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it gets too noisy or hot inside the workshop. Bhandup has a lot of workshops like ours, and we just try to do our bit without any extra fuss. It is a simple way of living and working. We just focus on the machines and getting the measurements right for whatever job comes in. We do not need anything more than that.
