Sai Krupa Caterers

Our kitchen is located in Bandra West, right on Benki Naven Lane. If you know where Bandra Talao is, we are directly opposite the water. It’s a great spot, though the lane can get a bit crowded when we are loading up the vans. Most of our time is spent around big stoves, oversized pots, and stacks of crates. Catering is a lot of chopping, stirring, and making sure the timing is exactly right so the food doesn't get cold or overcooked. We handle all sorts of events, but the work is always the same at its core—getting good meals ready for a lot of people at once. The smell of spices and onions is usually hanging in the air around our place. It’s hard work, standing on your feet for hours and dealing with the heat from the burners. We don’t go for anything too flashy; we just focus on the recipes we know. From the morning prep to the late-night cleaning, there is always something to do. Being across from the Talao is nice because when we take a quick break, we can look out at the water for a minute before heading back into the kitchen. We are just a local team in Bandra trying to get the food out on time and making sure there is enough for everyone to eat.
