We are located at Happy Dream Society in Flat No 1. It’s a bit of a weird address because we are in Bandra West but also near the Yeshwanthpur Industrial Area side, right across from the ICICI Bank. Our office at Sai Kripa Estate Consultancy isn't some big corporate setup. It’s just a ground-floor flat where we’ve set up some desks and chairs to talk to people. Being near the bank is helpful because everyone knows where that is. We spend our days looking at property papers and talking to owners and people looking to move into the area. Bandra is always busy, and there’s always someone looking for a better place or trying to sell something. Our office usually has someone coming in for a quick chat or to drop off some documents. It can get a bit cluttered with all the maps and files we keep around. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the local streets pretty well. Sometimes we’re out half the day showing houses, so the office stays locked for a bit. It’s a lot of legwork, literally. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old buildings getting torn down. We just try to keep up with it all and help folks find what they need without making it more complicated than it already is. That’s just the way we do things here.
