Our office is at B-7 on the Vile Parle West Main Road. This is a very busy part of the city and there is never a dull moment outside our door. We have been here at this address for quite a few years now. The office is a simple one, located right on the main road so everyone can see us. We have a couple of desks and a bench where people can sit and wait. Vile Parle West is a neighborhood we know very well because we have spent most of our lives here. We know which buildings have good water and which ones are a bit noisy because of the trains. We don't have a professional team of sales people. It is just us and maybe a relative who helps out during the busy season. We keep our property lists in a big binder and we update it with a pen whenever something changes. It is a bit of a slow process sometimes, but it is thorough. We don't like to rush things. People stop by to ask about rents or if anyone is selling their old family flat. We usually know the answer because we talk to the local grocery guys and the neighbors every day. The office gets a lot of dust from the main road, so we are always cleaning the glass, but that is just part of being in such a central spot. We just work here every day and help the locals.
