Sai Charan Estate

We are based at 3, Sapina Sadan, right on VIP Road in Andheri West. It is a pretty lively spot to be in. Sai Charan Estate has been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Traffic on VIP Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but it means there are always people passing by. Our office isn’t anything too fancy to look at. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of folders full of property details. We don't spend money on big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our work comes from people walking in because they saw the name while stuck in traffic or they live in the apartments nearby. We spend our days talking to buyers and sellers, trying to figure out who wants what. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes it’s frustrating when deals fall through, but that’s just the nature of real estate in a place like Andheri. We try to be straightforward with everyone. No hidden stuff or confusing talk. We know the local buildings and the landlords around here. It is just a regular local business where we show up every morning, drink our chai, and get to work. Dealing with property is just about knowing the area and the people in it. We take it one day at a time and see what happens.
