We’re located at 39 Yusuf Building No 2, right at 252 LT Marg. It’s right across from the Ashoka Shopping Centre and very close to Crawford Market. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets every single day. The noise from the market is constant—horns, people shouting, and carts rattling on the pavement. Our office in the Yusuf Building is an old-fashioned space with high ceilings and thick walls. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the corridors sometimes if you aren't used to it. We deal with technical supplies, so the place is packed with boxes and technical manuals. There’s barely enough room to walk between the stacks of inventory in the back room. LT Marg is always moving, and we spend a lot of time just coordinating how to get stuff in and out without getting stuck in traffic. It’s a historic part of the city, and the building shows its age, but it’s sturdy. We don't have a modern showroom. It’s more of a working warehouse where we process orders and talk to suppliers. The tea here is good because there are so many stalls nearby. We have customers who have been coming to this specific building for years. It’s a bit chaotic, but we’ve learned how to manage the mess. We just focus on getting the right supplies to the people who order them every day.
