Safe Catering

We are over in Bandra West on Dr Rajkumar Road near the 4th Cross in Chikkbommasandra. The address is 143/A and it is a busy little spot for us to work out of. Most of our day is spent loading and unloading the vans. We have these heavy crates for the dishes and the folded up tables that we take to different locations. It is quite a bit of manual labor and my back usually aches by the end of a long shift. We don't have a big fancy storefront because most of our work happens at the event sites or in the kitchen in the back. The kitchen has big sinks for washing up the massive pots we use for the rice and the curries. We have to be very organized with the timing or everything goes wrong. Bandra traffic is unpredictable so we are always checking the clock and worrying about being late. We are just a regular catering crew. We wear our aprons and get the job done without much fuss. Sometimes the client changes their mind about the number of plates at the last minute and we have to adjust quickly. It is not always smooth but we make it work somehow. We are just local people providing food for parties and gatherings around this part of the city.
