We are Safa Estate Consultancy, and you can find us at 5C/41 on the 4th floor. It’s in the Bombay Texi M building over in Kurla West, specifically around Maninagar Char Rasta. Since we are on the fourth floor, there is a bit of a walk up, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t mind it much. The office is just a simple room where we keep all our property files and records. Dealing with real estate in Kurla is always a bit chaotic because the area is so busy, but we do our best to keep things organized. We aren’t some big corporate firm with a glass building. It’s just us here at the Char Rasta, helping people find a place to live or a shop to rent. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and the desks are cluttered with maps and old paperwork, but that is how we work. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what is available in the neighborhood. It’s a practical business, and we try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who makes the trip up to our floor. We have seen a lot of people come and go from this part of Mumbai over the years. We just keep doing our thing at 5C/41 and hope the lift works more often than it doesn't.
