S P Real Estate

You can find S P Real Estate over at Shop Number 9 in the Gokul Accord building. That is right in the middle of Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. It is a lively neighborhood and we have been part of it for a good while now. Our shop isn't very large, but it serves us well for what we do. We mostly deal with the flats and commercial spaces that go up for sale or rent around here. People stop by after they finish their grocery shopping or while they are out for a evening walk. We usually have a stack of newspapers on the table and a few folders with photos of the places we are currently handling. It is a very local kind of business. We do not spend money on big advertisements because most people just hear about us from their friends or family members. Dealing with real estate in Kandivali East means you see a lot of different people every day. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the weather or the local news. Other days, we are running around trying to make sure the keys are in the right place for a viewing. It's honest work and we do not try to make it sound like more than it is. We just help people find a roof over their heads or a place to start their own small shop.
