Our shop is number 13 in the Guru Mauli Tower, located in Andheri West. We are right near the Versova Police Station, so it’s a very easy landmark to find if you are coming from out of the area. S P Estate Consultant has been around this neighborhood for a good while now. Andheri is always moving, and Versova is particularly busy with all sorts of people looking for a place to stay. We don’t have any of that polished corporate vibe here. It’s just a regular shop where we keep our records and meet with anyone who needs a bit of help with property. Whether it's a small flat for a student or a bigger space for a new business, we try to keep track of what's opening up. I spend most of my day on the phone or out visiting sites to make sure they are actually what the owners say they are. Sometimes the pictures don’t match the reality, so we have to go see it for ourselves. We try to be direct with our clients. If a place has some bad plumbing or the landlord is known to be difficult, we’ll usually just mention it upfront. It’s better for everyone if there are no surprises later. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town. We just want to do a decent job and help people settle into their new spots.
