So, S L Group Of Catering Service is based over in Chembur East. We’re at 565 Vaghan Pole Naka, right in the Ratanpole area and quite close to Jama Chowk. It’s a lively neighborhood, always something happening outside the doors. Our kitchen stays pretty busy, especially on weekends when there are lots of events going on. It’s not a restaurant where you sit down and eat, it’s more of a workspace where we prep everything and get the pots and pans ready. The smell of spices is usually the first thing you notice when you get near our place. It can get a bit hectic when we have a big order to get out, with everyone moving around in a tight space. We’ve been around Jama Chowk for a while, so the neighbors know us pretty well. Sometimes we run out of space for all the crates, but we make it work. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, nothing too formal. We just focus on making the food right and getting it to where it needs to be on time. The traffic around the Naka can be a real pain during peak hours, but we’ve learned the shortcuts by now. It’s just a normal catering business, doing our bit for the local celebrations and gatherings. We aren't trying to be fancy, just keeping the stoves hot and the orders moving out to the customers.
