S B T International is located at 431/7 B on Lamington Road, inside Sanghrijaka House. If you know Mumbai, you know Lamington Road is a place where you can find just about anything if you look hard enough. It’s crowded, noisy, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been here in Sanghrijaka House for a while now. Our space is filled with parts and boxes, and it’s not always the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who come in looking for specific things. Sometimes it takes a bit of hunting through the shelves to find exactly what they need. We don’t have a fancy showroom; it’s more of a working warehouse and office mix. The stairs can be a bit steep and the hallways are narrow, but it’s home to us. Working on Lamington Road means you have to be quick and you have to know your stuff, otherwise you get left behind. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just show people what we have and tell them the price. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s a steady stream of people coming through. We like the grit of this area. It feels real and keeps us grounded.
