S A Machine Tools is located at number 4 in Ghatkopar West, right in the Rajawadi area. We are directly opposite the Central Bank, which makes us pretty easy to spot if you’re looking. Our place is full of machine tools and hardware. It’s the kind of shop where there’s a lot of metal and the smell of oil in the air. We’ve been in Ghatkopar for years and have seen the neighborhood grow. Most of our day is spent helping people find the right tool for their job or checking over the machines we have in stock. It’s a very hands-on business. The shop isn't polished or pretty, it's just a place for work. We have shelves stacked high with all sorts of parts. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer needs, but we usually have it somewhere in the back. We aren't big on marketing or fancy talk. We just know our tools and we know our customers. Being across from the bank is handy for everyone. It’s a busy street and there’s always someone coming in with a question about a drill or a lathe part. We just keep things running as best we can. It’s a simple life, focused on tools and the people who use them. We’ve got a small team here and we just get on with the day’s work without any extra fuss.
