We are up on the 7th floor of Mathura Vihar CHS, in flat 703. Our building is on Mandpeshwar Road, right across from Bhagvati Hospital in Borivali West. It’s a pretty well-known spot because of the hospital. We’ve been operating from this apartment for a while now. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but the view from the 7th floor is okay. We spend most of our time here dealing with property papers and talking to people about local real estate. Borivali West is a busy place, and being near SVP Road means there's always something going on outside. Our office isn't some fancy corporate suite. It’s more of a functional space where we keep all our files and meet with clients. We just do our work as it comes. Sometimes things are quiet, and other times it’s a total rush with people calling and coming in. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We just tell people what the situation is with a property and let them decide. We know the area around Bhagvati Hospital and Mandpeshwar Road like the back of our hands. It’s just us, a couple of desks, and a lot of local knowledge. We try to be helpful and keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it.
