You can find us at 406 Ahmedabad Street, right inside Gupta Bhavan near the Iron Market in Masjid Bunder. This part of the city is incredibly busy, especially with all the transport and the market activity nearby. It’s not the easiest place to navigate with all the carts and trucks, but it’s where we’ve been based for a long time. Our office is in an old building, the kind with thick walls and narrow stairs. We have boxes and files stacked up in corners because space is always at a premium around here. The Iron Market is just a stone's throw away, so there is a constant hum of commerce and heavy goods being moved. We spend our days mostly handling paperwork and making sure things are going where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. The office doesn’t have much in the way of decoration, just some old calendars and the basic furniture we’ve used for years. Sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to close the windows, but usually, we just let the city sounds in. It’s a practical way to work in a very old-school part of Mumbai. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine and keep things moving. It's a bit chaotic outside, but we have our own rhythm inside these walls. Every day is different here.
