Rsv Agencies is based on the first floor of Gundecha Chambers, at 103, right on Nagin Das Master Road in Fort. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded Fort can get, especially around midday. The building is one of those older ones with high ceilings and heavy doors. It’s got a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit worn down from everyone walking up and down them for decades. We’ve been in this office for a long time. There are stacks of paper on nearly every flat surface, and the filing cabinets are full to bursting. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a bit noisy with the fans humming and the sounds of the street coming through the windows. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are regulars we’ve known for fifteen years, and others are just passing through. We like being in Fort because everything is close by, even if the parking is a total nightmare. Most of us take the train anyway. It’s a straightforward place to work. No one wears a tie unless they absolutely have to for a meeting somewhere else. We just focus on the orders and making sure the accounts are right. It’s honest work in a busy part of the city, and we are just fine with that.
