We are over here at Shop No 1 in the Francis Miskita Ch building. If you know Kanjurmarg East at all, you probably know where Ormac Engineering Company is because they are right opposite us. It’s a busy little spot. We spend most of our days here dealing with all sorts of property stuff. People come in looking for a place to stay or maybe a shop to rent around this side of town. It is not a fancy office or anything, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet folks who need help with real estate. Kanjurmarg has changed a lot lately, so there is always something going on outside our door. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the work going on at the engineering place, but that’s just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people find us just by walking past on their way to work. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us sitting at our desks. We don't do much big talk, we just listen to what people are looking for and see what's available in the local area. It is a straightforward business. We keep the shop open through the day, and there's usually a tea stall nearby where we grab a drink. It’s just a normal local agency trying to get things done.
