Royal Coat

Our place is located inside the Damodar Haridas Building. If you're familiar with the Matunga West neighborhood, you know it’s a place with a lot of character and quite a bit of history in every corner. We are right on Kataria Marg in the Bhattwadi area. It’s an older building, so it has that specific feel and smell to it that you only get with these aged structures. Royal Coat has been operating from this spot for a long time, focusing on different kinds of coating jobs. It’s very much a hands-on kind of business for us. The workshop area can get a bit dusty and loud during the day, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with these types of materials and processes. We spend the majority of our time making sure the finishes on the pieces are coming out right. It’s definitely not one of those big corporate offices with glass walls and silent hallways. It’s more of a practical, lived-in space where we can actually get our hands dirty and see the work being done. The street right outside is always active with people and cars. There are plenty of small shops all around us, and we’ve gotten to know most of the neighbors over the years. Some days are slower than others, of course, but there is always something to clean or a machine that needs checking. We don't really bother with big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us.
