Our office is located over at No. 35 in the Centrium Mall. It’s on the first floor, right in the heart of the Lokhandwala Complex in Kandivali East. Working out of a mall is a bit different than a standard industrial park, that's for sure. You get the morning rush of people headed to shops and the smell of food from the downstairs stalls starting up around lunchtime. Rotometrics (Se Asia) Co. Ltd. occupies this space, and while the outside might look like a place for shopping, inside we’re focused on our own routine. The Kandivali East area is always moving. Finding the right door in the complex can be a little confusing for people the first time, but once you’re on the first floor, it’s easier to spot us. We don’t have any of those sleek, empty lobbies you see in movies. It’s a working office with papers, some equipment, and people usually busy on the phone or at their computers. The lighting is that typical office hum, and we’ve got a view of the complex through the window. It gets pretty lively in the afternoons. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the way the mall operates around us. It’s a decent place to be based, close to everything we need in Lokhandwala, even if parking is a bit of a headache sometimes. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily load.
