We’re located at Shop No 18/A on Chandivali Road in the northern part of Andheri East. We’re quite close to the IIT Powai area and right near the Oriental Apartment Service building. It’s a busy stretch of road, and we’ve seen it grow a lot over the years. Our shop is small and a bit cluttered with folders and old newspapers, but we know where everything is. Most of the people who come to us are looking for something near the university or the offices around here. We spend our days answering the phone and taking people on bike rides to look at different flats in the lanes nearby. It’s a lot of work, especially in the heat, but it’s what we do. We don’t have any fancy marketing tools; we just rely on being here every day and knowing the local landlords. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it’s slow, just watching the traffic go by on Chandivali Road. It’s a straightforward business. We tell people what’s available, what the rent is, and we don’t try to sugarcoat things. If a place has a leaky tap or a noisy neighbor, we usually know about it. It’s just how we operate, keeping things simple and honest for everyone who walks through the door. It gets loud here with all the bikes, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the many years we've been here.
