Rosh Apartments

Rosh Apartments is located in the Noorwood Building, specifically in the B Wing at 303. We are in Andheri West, which is a part of Mumbai that never really sleeps. Being near the HDFC Bank makes it easy for people to find us when they are navigating these busy streets. This isn't a big hotel; it is more about providing a place to stay that feels a bit more like a home in the middle of the city. The building has been here for a while, and the elevators can be a bit slow during the morning rush, but that's just life in a Mumbai apartment block. We spend a lot of time making sure the place is clean for the next person moving in. Andheri West is full of shops and places to eat, so our residents usually spend their days out and about. We handle the maintenance and the keys and make sure everything in the unit works like it should. It is a practical setup for someone who needs to be in this part of town for a few weeks or months. We don't have a lobby with a concierge or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the apartments are in good shape. Living in 400058 means you are close to everything, and we just provide the base for that. It’s a busy building but it works for most.
