My place is in Bandra West, specifically at A/502 in Kanti Apartment. It’s right across from Shanti Hospital. Being in Bandra, it’s always a bit lively outside, but the apartment itself is a decent place to work from. I’ve been based here for a long time now. It’s a simple office room where I handle all my professional tasks. I don’t have a lot of people working for me, so it’s a very direct way of doing business. When people come to see me, they are usually looking for specific help or have some paperwork they need me to look over. I don’t go for any of that corporate polish or fancy decor. The furniture is old but comfortable, and the walls are mostly covered with files and a calendar to track my dates. My day is usually a mix of phone calls and sitting at the computer. Some days it is very busy and I don’t even have time to look out the window, while other days are much more relaxed. I like the location because it’s easy for people to find once they see the hospital. I’ve lived in this city long enough to know that people just want someone who gets the work done without any fuss or delay. That’s what I try to do here at Kanti Apartment. I keep my own hours mostly, but I am usually there when people expect me to be. It’s just a regular, honest work life in Bandra.
