We are located at Shop No 8 in the B/5 building of Lok Milan Complex. If you are coming through Andheri East, we are right next to the old Bank of Rajasthan building, which most people use as a landmark. The complex itself is quite large, and there is always something going on in the common areas. We’ve been in this tiny shop for years, and the walls are mostly covered with maps of the local area and some old calendars. It gets a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent talking to tenants or landlords who live right here in Lok Milan or in the surrounding towers. Andheri East is always a bit chaotic with the traffic and the construction, but this corner feels a bit like home to us. We handle the usual stuff, like lease agreements and showing flats when they become empty. Sometimes the computer acts up or the phone rings too much, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, just the one that people in the building can walk to without having to take an auto. It’s a simple life, mostly drinking tea and making sure the paperwork is sorted for the next move-in. We keep the shop open until late most days because that's when people get home from work and want to chat about their housing needs.
