Romast Variety Store

You can find us in Room No-6 of the Reena Building, which is inside the Sailesh Compound. It’s a bit of a tucked-away location, so most of our customers are the people who live right around here or work in the other units in the compound. Romast Variety Store is exactly what the name suggests. We try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. Whether it is some basic household stuff, snacks, or small hardware bits, we usually have a few of them tucked away somewhere. The store isn't very large, so we have to be clever with how we stack things. It feels more like a storage room sometimes than a proper shop, but that’s fine with us. Reena Building is an older structure, and we’ve been in this room for a while now. It’s usually quiet in the mornings, then picks up in the evening when everyone is coming home. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the regulars who stop by for one or two things. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. We just open the door in the morning and see who comes in. It’s a simple way to make a living. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the shelves or listen to the radio. It’s a local spot for local people, and that suits us just fine. We hope to stay as long as the neighbors keep coming back.
