Rolling Delicacies

We started Rolling Delicacies a few years ago because we wanted to have our own little place. We are right in Bandra West Vastrapur, just opposite the Cafe Coffee Day. It’s a good landmark because people always know where the cafe is, so they can find us without getting lost in the lanes. Most days it’s just the two of us here, handling the orders and trying to keep things organized. The street outside can get really noisy with all the traffic in Bandra West, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our shop isn't huge or fancy by any means. It’s got a bit of a creaky door and the paint could probably use a touch-up, but it feels like home to us. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes around and making sure we haven't run out of anything important. Some mornings we have a coffee from across the street before we open up the shutters. It’s a simple life. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. Sometimes the monsoon rain leaks a little near the window, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. Rolling Delicacies is just a small local spot in Vastrapur. We know the people who walk their dogs past our door every evening. It’s nice being part of the neighborhood like this.
