Rohit Realtors is located at Shop No 1 in the Shiv Sagar Chs. We’re on Varachha Road in Kandivali West, which is not too far from Akhil Restaurant. It’s a pretty busy street with a lot of foot traffic and noise from the road. We’ve been in this office for quite a while now. We do real estate work, which means we spend a lot of time talking to people and looking at different properties around the sector. We don't bother with any of that corporate polish or fancy uniforms. Our office is just a simple room where we get things done. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that to help us out. We just talk to the locals and see what they need. Kandivali West is a big place, but we know our little corner of it very well. We’ve seen a lot of people move in and out over the years. We don't make big promises or use fancy language to sell houses. We just tell you what’s good and what’s not so good about a place we are showing. People seem to appreciate that we aren't trying to hide anything from them. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and things take much longer than we want, but that’s just life. We aren't a huge firm, just a few of us working together every day.
