Roberto Tools India Pvt Ltd is located in A 24, D Wing of the Sarswati Industrial Estate. We are right near the Hotel Green House in Malad West. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by workshops, garages, and other small factories. Our unit is a busy space where we handle different kinds of precision tools. There is usually a hum from the machinery and the sound of people moving heavy boxes around the D Wing. It gets pretty hot during the Mumbai summers, so we keep the big doors open as much as we can to let some air in. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time and they know exactly where everything is in the warehouse area. We often head over to the little stalls near Hotel Green House to get some lunch or a quick snack during the break. The office part of our unit is small and mostly used for checking orders and keeping the accounts straight. We aren't really into fancy office furniture; we prefer having more space for the tools and the equipment. Malad West is a big area, but once you get into the industrial estate, it feels like its own little world of grease and hard work. We just keep our heads down and make sure the orders get packed correctly.
