R.K. Fast Food

R.K. Fast Food is right in the middle of things over in Shine Koliwada. If you know the Pratiksha Nagar area, you have probably walked past our spot a dozen times without thinking much of it. We are situated very close to the GTB Nagar Railway Station on the east side. It stays incredibly busy around here because of all the people catching trains. We see all sorts of people every single day. Our place is a small spot and there is nothing too fancy to look at. We just keep the stove going and handle the food orders as they come in. Being so near to the railway station means there is never really a quiet moment. You can hear the station announcements and feel the tracks vibrating when the heavy trains go by. We have been here in this part of Koliwada for a while now. The space we have is not huge, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the crowd gets a bit much when a train has just let out, but we manage to keep up. We are not part of any big chain. It is just our little fast food place. Most people find us because they are already in the area for the station. Pratiksha Nagar is a crowded place with its own rhythm. We just fit into that. We open up and start our prep work before the morning rush really starts. It is just regular work for us.
