Rising Estates

We are located at 193 on the Andheri West Link Road, right inside Citi Mall. If you know the Link Road, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic and shoppers. Rising Estates is just one of the many businesses tucked away in the mall. It’s a convenient spot because people are always coming and going. Our space isn't huge, but it's where we get everything done. We handle a lot of real estate queries for the Andheri area. It’s a fast-paced part of Mumbai, and things change quickly here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for space in the suburbs. We don’t have a fancy corporate image. We’re just a bunch of people who know the local property market. Some days we’re out on the Link Road visiting sites, and other days we’re stuck at our desks in the mall. It can be a bit loud with the mall crowds, but we don’t mind. It keeps things interesting. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and other shop owners know us. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us because they’re already in the mall or they heard about us from a friend. We just try to be honest about what’s out there. It’s regular work for us, and we enjoy being in the middle of Andheri. It's a good place for a business like ours to be.
