We’re over in the Bhat Bazar area, specifically on Narshi Natha Street at Prem Bhavan. Our office is on the second floor of Plot 234/236. If you know the Masjid area, you know it’s always packed with people and there is a lot of trading going on. It’s a loud and vibrant place to work. We deal with real estate matters for folks in this neighborhood and beyond. Our space in Prem Bhavan is functional and simple. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and a lot of folders. Dealing with property in Mumbai involves a lot of patience and legwork, and that’s what we do every day. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people, we just tell them how it is. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that seems to work for everyone. The 400009 area has its own rhythm and we’ve become part of it over the years. Some days the traffic around the bazaar makes it hard to get anywhere, so we do a lot of walking. We know the local shopkeepers and the other people in the building. It’s a community feel even though it’s a big city. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized amidst all the local bustle. It is just the way we like to work.
